Dole House
A DJ-set of music by bands that used to play at the Dole House Crew’s parties in the squatted former DHSS building on Collyer Place (now the Benefits and Social Security Office) around 1989-1992. Research for the project touched upon the musical, social, political and architectural conditions that led to the special confluence of parties, politics and anarchy; positioning the Dole House within the music scenes that emerged across South London in the late 80s and early 90s. Input, memories and comments welcome - see address on contact page.
